- Lifting an 80,000-square-foot building roof by 8 feet (2002) – A complex engineering challenge that required precise planning and execution to increase ceiling height in an existing facility.
- Building three 105-foot-diameter grain bins for a Canola Crushing Facility in Yorkton, SK – Required refining logistics and construction methods to meet the scale of the project.

While grain storage remains a core service, we have grown into commercial, municipal, and industrial construction:
- Canadian Agri-Blend – A complete rebuild of a fire-damaged facility, demonstrating our ability to handle emergency projects.
- JAPA Equipment – A state-of-the-art heavy equipment facility designed for long-term operational efficiency.
- Refrigerative Supply Limited – A large-scale commercial facility blending warehouse, training, and office space.
- Roseridge Admin Building – A municipal infrastructure project showcasing adaptability in public sector construction.

Another example is our work with JAPA Equipment, where we helped develop a high-tech, purpose-built facility designed to streamline operations for their heavy equipment business. This project showcased our ability to construct specialized buildings that meet the evolving needs of modern industries.
