While managers have come and gone for both companies, a mutual vision kept the collaborations on track and profit-minded for P&H. Most recently, Flynn Bros. Projects has engaged in repair and maintenance at the Dutton Siding Facility for P&H. The conveyor that was meant to be repaired spanned across 4 bins, as the ground had settled and began to interfere with alignment. The project was to re-align conveyors and to reinforce the underlying steel structure.

The primary challenge was to reinforce the support system beneath an existing catwalk without removing or interfering with the catwalk directly. With careful crane positioning (as well as manual rigging), the Flynn Bros. Projects team was able to install a new support structure with no damage to the existing catwalk, resulting in a seamless experience on the job site.

Despite the delicate procedure,  the project was completed ahead of the forecasted time and under budget, resulting in credit returning to the client. During the inspection period, Flynn Bros. Projects undertook additional repairs and maintenance during the scheduled work, resulting in further savings for the client.P&H continues to engage with Flynn Bros.
